Ross Munro is a writer/director who focuses on creating character-driven, edgy movies with a unique vision. His first feature is the acclaimed indie feature Brewster McGee that was shown in Canada and the United States in theaters and film festivals. Most recently he has been the director of the short documentary Broken Palace (which played the Vancouver International Film Festival) as well as the writer/director/actor in the new feature A Legacy of Whining.
Ron Heaps is a native of Vancouver and is a graduate of Film Production at Vancouver Film School where he directed, produced and was the Director of Photography on several student films.
Prior to film school he spent many years in the telecommunications industry specializing in engineering, marketing, and product development.
Maria Munro grew up in Caracas, Venezuela where she discovered her passion for visual arts and films at a young age. She is an independent film producer based out of Vancouver, BC. Most recently, she has produced the short documentary "Broken Palace" that was an official selection of the Vancouver International Film Festival 2014, Powell River Film Festival 2015, the HollyShorts Screening Series 2015 in LA and East Van Short Film Showcase 2015. Currently, she completed their new feature film "A Legacy of Whining" where she served as Producer, Art Director and Costume Designer.
